He died on Feb 23, 1989 in Fairfield, Iowa.

Harley Stark--Henry Harley Stark, Jr, 70, Route 4, Mt Pleasant, died 9:45pm Thursday, Feb 23, 1989 at Jefferson County Hospital, Fairfield.
He was born February 26, 1918, in Pembine, Wis., the son of Henry andEdith Johnson Stark. He married Eileen Nelson June 10, 1943, in LasVegas, Nev.
He was a long-time farmer in Jefferson and Henry counties and served withthe U S Army in World War II.
Surviving are his wife; three sons; Larry, Stockport; Dennis, Lander,Wyo. and Steven, St. Genevieve, Mo. two daughters, Cheryl Giberson, MtPleasant, and Kandi Stark, Lockridge; 17 grandchildren; and onegreat-granddaughter; and one sister, Marine Humphrey, Mt Pleasant.
Funeral services will be 2 pm Sunday, Feb 26 at Behner Funeral Home,Fairfield, with Presiding Overseer Craig DeCorte, Interment will be inLambirth Cemetery, southeast of Lockridge.
Friends may call at their convenience, beginning at noon Saturday.Memorials have been established to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness,Mt Pleasant or the American Cancer Society.
