He died on Mar 28, 1976 in Mt. Pleasant, Henry Co., Iowa and was buried in Salem South Cemetery after Mar 28, 1976.

Spray- Donaldson
The marriage of Miss Ruth Spray and Mr. Forrest Donaldson occurredWednesday, July 19 at the home of Rev. J.W .Stine, Burlington. Followingthe ceremony a wedding supper was served at the home of the groomssister in Burlington, Mrs. Jess Kerr. The bride is the daughter of Mrs.Margaret Spray, the groom being the son of Mr. and Mrs. S.F. Donaldson.Both are most excellent young people and have hosts of friends. Theywill reside on their farm near Hillsboro. The news joins their friendsin extending congratulations.
Mrs. Roy Smith and children are visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. FredTaylor. Mr. Smith is working in a barber shop in Rock Island, Ill.
