Mary Frances Hunting, daughter of Horace B. and Malinda Hunting wasborn Sept. 23, 1861 near Salem in Henry county, Iowa, where she attendedschool, passed the bright and cheerful years of her girlhood. Many happyfriendships were formed never to be broken.
She was united in marriage to Robert Bruce Armer Sept. 2, 1886. Tothis union came to brighten the home, Mrs. Margaret Anna Baldosier.
She departed this life May 1, 1922 near Salem, Ia. She leaves to mournher loss her devoted husband (who cared for her thru nearly two years ofsickness); her daughter, who also spent one year helping care for hermother; one grandson and one son-in-law, Mr. Simon Baldosier; onebrother, Julius Hunting; two sisters, Mrs. Laura Livix of Ottumwa andMrs. Miriam Bailey of Salem; one half-sister, Mrs. Lucy Hill of Beech, N.Dak., together with a host of relatives and friends who will miss herkindly welcome.
The funeral service was conducted by Rev. Bloomquist of Donaldsonchapel, Wed. at 10:30 a.m. She was laid to rest in the east cemetery atSalem.
