Mrs. Lola Bunker
Mrs. Lola Bunker, 83, died about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 12,1972, in the Henry County Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 28, 1888, at Salem the daughter of Levi and Hanna Tribby Parkins.
She was married to Clyde Bunker at Salem who preceded her in deathin 1968.
Mrs. Bunker was a member of the Salem Congregational Church. She and her late husband operated a hardware store in Salem for many years.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. La Verne (Eva) Judd, Mt. Pleasant, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 14 at 2 p.m. form eh Salem Congregational Church. The Rev. Edmund Neubauer, pastor of the church, and the Rev. Waylen Brown will officiate.
Interment will be in the Salem South Cemetery.
Friends may call as they desire after 7 p.m. Wednesday at Beatty-Jennings Funeral Chapel in Mt. Pleasant. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. Friday to lie in state.
