Ad-hoc "what Jay has been working on lately" presentation would probably be composed of a discussion of git --bare archives, hooks, and a debate about whether or not "staging" and "production" should live on the same server.   :)    I'll also bring the challenge/quiz books Blaine bequeathed us in case we want to do one of those.
