The child of Robert Hannah and Patricia Sutton, , Seth is the fourth cousin on the father's side of Jay Hannah, was born in Okinawa, Japan.
I was born on Sep. 19th, 1975 in Okinawa, Japan where my father was in the Service. We moved back to the states before my second birthday and settled in San Bernardino, CA where my Grandparents had lived on an off since the 50's.
I graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 1998 and I am currently in my 6th year working on a Ph.D. in Sociology at Harvard University. I specialize in the study of Racial Inequality and Public Policy and my Dissertationfocuses on Racial/Ethnic disparities in health care.
