John Schlief 1874 - 1944

The youngest of 10 children of Samuel Schlief and Katherine Hoffman, , John was the three times great-uncle of Jay Hannah, was born in Jefferson Co., Iowa on Aug 23, 1874 and married Eva Robison (with whom he had 3 children: Elsie May, Howard and Vera) in Jefferson Co. on Dec 24, 1896, which is also where he died on Jan 1, 19441.
