KENNETH WAYNE TRUEBLOOD
Kenneth Wayne Trueblood, the four year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Trueblood died at his home on Wednesday afternoon, Jan 5 following an illness in which whooping cough was the start followed by pneumonia.
He was born at his home in Tippecanoe township May 6, 1934. He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Ray Trueblood, one bother, Merlin, and two sisters, Arlene and Jeanette all at his home, his grandparents, Henry Trueblood and Mr. and Mrs. Marion Harshbarger all living northwest of Salem.
Funeral services were held at the home on Friday, Jan. 6 and the sermon was by Rev. Frank Conover, pastor of the Cedar Creek church, and the songs, "Safe in the Arms of Jesus," "Sometime We'll Understand" and "Jewels" were sung by Mrs. Blanche Conover and Miss Vera Wilkins, with Mrs. Waters accompanying on the piano.
Interment was in the Cedar Creek cemetery and pallbearers were Royce Laird, Richard Breazeale, Don Frazier, and Don Waters.
