MARTHA (SHANNON) COBB

Martha (Shannon) Cobb, daughter of William and Mary Shannon was born in Lowell, Iowa, April 18, 1867 and died in Aurora, Ill. June 3, 1931.
She is survived by her husband, John, and three sons, Warren and Ellis of Aurora, Hugh of St. Louis and one brother, Edward Shannon of Murphys, California; two sisters, Mrs. Dora Hourihan of Salem, Iowa and Mrs. Clara Boyles of Ottumwa, Ia., Three grandchildren survive.
She was laid to rest in the Springdale cemetery beside her son Maurice who passed away eleven months ago.
