PICKARD - KENNEDY
=BE=BE=BE
Mr. and Mrs. Owen Pickard announce the marriage of their oldest daughter, Miss Selma Pickard to Earl Kennedy, soon of Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Kennedy of Mt. Union. The marriage took place at Kahoka, Mo. on January 6th and the couple were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wilson of Winfield.
Mrs. Kennedy is well known in Salem and Jackson township, the latter vicinity where she grew to womanhood. She attended the Mt. Pleasanthigh school and was a graduate of the class of 1939. Since then, she hasbeen employed in Wapello. Mr. Kennedy is employed in an oil station in Winfield and after March 1, the young people will go to housekeepingon a farm near Winfield, where the best wishes of their many friends are extended for their future happiness.
